      Good products, some good processes and salary

      Inconvénients

      Job security (as much as a game of throne character) Empty promises Small company trying to move to the next level but unsure of procedural changes needed. Culture of blame from management but no reflection on their own input(if any) and management are always one side which means they never take a neutral standpoint.
