The "senior " management does not know what the people are doing . They allow incompetent managers if you are part of the gang in London to do crazy thing, people are playing politics , overriding company policies, practices, change organization structure randomly, restructure process reactively, internal systems are all crappy, very mean to employees, salary adjustment is almost zero, treat people as robots , internal communication breakdown, top and bottomline is declining. In a nutshell, a hopeless company. Advise people to think twice to join. Don't waste your precious time!
