      Avantages

      The team is very tight knit and get on well. There are endless opportunities to drive initiatives yourself. Leadership is very open to new ideas and innovative approaches to problems. Recent growth has been exciting to be part of. Positive outlook going forwards!

      Inconvénients

      Not a con but worth mentioning there isn't a set playbook to follow. It's a small company that is moving quickly - when coming in you are expected to take ownership and drive responsibilities independently.

      The entire team is incredibly talented and driven towards making the company a success, which is a great environment when part of a small team.

      Inconvénients

      As with any start up there is always a lot going on!

      not very organised (at least at the time) and therefore lack of guidance which in my case was needed
