Great company to work for.

Nothing really bad to say about deepflex

The engineering team was committed, bright and dedicated. In short words the best in the company and truly amazing people. They believed in the product and went above and beyond for the company. Easily, the best team I ever work with.

Really bad management of resources on all levels, being either money and personnel. They lacked planning, it gave the impression that the decisions were taken depending on the mood of the day. They could not make up their minds on the priorities, even for the small things. Management changed priorities all the time, even daily in some cases. Most of the managers only care about themselves and how could they show up to the board. Only a couple of exceptions, which left the company out of frustration. No career advancement or pay raise with the exception of some directors and above, which got a yearly increase in some cases. Only time when people were offered a promotion or pay raise is when they gave their 2 weeks notice.
