      Ich arbeite seit fast 6 Jahren bei DECTRIS. * innovatives, internationales und dynamisches Umfeld mit "Drive" * junges Team, guter Zusammenhalt * relativ flache und zum Teil Prozessorientierte Hierachie * viel Freiheit bei der Ausübung der Aufgaben * forderndes Umfeld * von der Firma organisierte Aktivitäten (Sport & Kultur) * Weiterbildung wird gefordert

      Inconvénients

      * Bei DECTRIS wird ein (sehr) hohes Leistungsniveau erwartet. Ich mag herausforderungen und fühle mich entsprechend wohl, man sollte sich dessen jedoch bewusst sein.
