Avantages
The team has been built on a foundation of high standards, this is reflected by the entrepreneurial members all hot on best practice and working together towards building a better product and team. The wider company is one of the most exceptional I have come to work for, they care a great deal about making work enjoyable for all of their employees, this is reflected in such initiatives as weekly football, regular off topic talks to inspire, cinema club, running club... there are plenty more benefits that are available on their careers pages.
Inconvénients
There are no real cons to working for broadbandchoices, I socialised a lot whilst with the company but I hardly think that counts. You interact with near on the entire company, therefore the name learning curve is steep.
