Avantages
I joined Decision Tech back in 2016, and was made to feel welcome from minute one. The company has grown by 20-30 people since then, but is still small enough to allow for the vast majority of communication to by done face-to-face. Decisions are made quickly, teams are generally able to be flexible, and fast-paced testing and learning is encouraged from everyone - regardless of their role. As a result of this, Decision Tech has been able to punch above their weight in the space for some time, which led the the Moneysupermarket acquisition in summer of 2018. The acquisition kick-started an exciting new chapter for the business, and has since led to some fantastic business growth.
Inconvénients
There's currently no option to work from home, which seems odd in such a genuinely lovely place to work, with such a 'start up' feeling. Since the Moneysupermarket acquisition, the senior teams seems to be slowly moving away from the rest of the business, creating more of a divide than was present a couple of years ago.
