      Sometimes you have to resourceful and independent when learning new tools. However, certain trainings are covered.

      Avantages

      Lots of room to grow and learn if that's what you are looking for. In face it would be a steep learning curve for anyone starting out as a UX/UI Designer here.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of project managers resulting in designers needing to double up as designers and project managers at the same time.
