      Avantages

      Solid company to work for. Good benefits and forward thinking. Work remote is still present and doesn't seem to be going anywhere.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of busy bodies who don't seem to contribute that much and lack of communication within departments can be problematic. Also, there is a tendency to rush initiatives and launch them before we can operate.

      Avantages

      Dayforce has a lot of great perks. They are a cutting-edge HCM company and are always innovating. They are 100% remote and are great with work-life balance. Pay and benefits are good, and I would put them slightly above average in both.

      Inconvénients

      Work can be too siloed at times, and top-down plans are not always communicated as efficiently as they could be.

      Avantages

      Some of the team members are fantastic. Great PTO policy. Wonderful Customer events.

      Inconvénients

      No one sees the fantastic employees So much change without time to set proper plans in motion. Change management is non existent.
