      Avantages

      Dayforce is a well developed application for the mid market space.

      Inconvénients

      With Ceridian's newest Executive Managers and strategic focus, the aftermath has sadly made this organization a terrible place to work. Sending an engagement survey to employees that already perform their roles with a high degree of stress and fear is not empowerment. It's a false representation of your company culture

      Avantages

      Dayforce has a lot of great perks. They are a cutting-edge HCM company and are always innovating. They are 100% remote and are great with work-life balance. Pay and benefits are good, and I would put them slightly above average in both.

      Inconvénients

      Work can be too siloed at times, and top-down plans are not always communicated as efficiently as they could be.

      Avantages

      Some of the team members are fantastic. Great PTO policy. Wonderful Customer events.

      Inconvénients

      No one sees the fantastic employees So much change without time to set proper plans in motion. Change management is non existent.
