Training is nonexistent, coworkers are in fighting eachother - Avis employé Health Information Specialist Datavant

There is barely any training. It’s literally throwing you in the deep end and expecting you to swim while getting comments of “it’s easy”. It’s not technical, but there are so many rules you have to be aware of and each facility has their own way of processing. New people don’t know what they don’t know, but the expectation will be that you do. Oh and the cat fights between employees, accusations of favoritism and bullying…pheww.
