      Avantages

      Great people on the ground there doing the work and making things happen to the very best of their abilities, working their absolute hardest, because there is no one else to do it.

      Inconvénients

      Company went from over a hundred strong, to under a dozen people in less than 8 years, all the while attempting to maintain a "World Class" status in the theatrical and audio processing worlds. The well documented years long downsizing/firings has undermined the once mighty dts name, and is truly a disappointment.

      Avantages

      A lot of great people work there, employees with a passion for what they have been doing there. Absolutely the best thing about DDE.

      Inconvénients

      Management/owner who substitutes salary increases for job titles, e.g., moving up people not particularly qualified into positions left vacant from layoffs. That type of business practice not only hurts the company from the inside, but the reputation to all the customers who witness it firsthand.
