Inconvénients
The company's work culture is toxic. Employees are often undervalued, blamed falsely, and fired without warning. Promises made during hiring are not kept — they say there's no time pressure, but after joining, the reality is completely different. At appraisal time, unnecessary pressure is created just to push employees out. The variable part of the salary is often used as a trap so they don’t have to pay it later. Overall, it’s a place where you soon regret your decision to join.
