Avantages

Flexibility in hours. Work/life balance can be OK if you have strong boundaries and a good manager. Possible opportunities for promotion if you are in the right team and stay on people's good side.

Inconvénients

Personally, I felt there was a significant values gap which over time made me feel undervalued, disrespected, and unfulfilled at this company. There is no HR department, nor any desire to hire or do work to improve this. Company culture is at best non-existent, at worst, toxic, manipulative and unpleasant. People are very low importance to senior management and this is reflected in their communication, strategy with the business growth and compensation. Bullying, big egos, and general unpleasantness is not only tolerated but often considered a funny joke here. I can't begin to explain the weight that lifted the day I resigned. Compensation is well below market average and employees are enticed with many promises which never eventuate, and dates these will happen are pushed back again and again, keeping people in a constant loop of hoping and waiting things will improve. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Great work environment for anyone passionate about software & the mining industry. Great staff to work with. Love my job, opportunity to travel, etc.

Inconvénients

Pretty standard pay and benefits. Pay could be better (more competitive), & health insurance could be cheaper.

They buy a lot of small companies and don't scale and assign new headcounts and the result is the team time and responsibilities are stretched into multiple companies with different cultures and processes Lack of process and prioritization Lack of transparency and poor communication from the senior leadership There is no performance review, career progression, and salaries are average or bellow average There is no HR team and issues between team members are not addressed, so the atmosphere at work can be heavy Very often unqualified people or those with no experience in a specific field are promoted to roles with senior titles Turn-over high
