      Visionary leadership from T.R. Santhanakrishnan (TRS), whose foresight and clarity of direction are commendable. Positive and collaborative work atmosphere fostered by the UK VP of business development. HR team is actively bringing in many positive changes to improve culture and processes.

      Inconvénients

      GTM strategy could be more dynamic; currently leans toward a conservative, old-school approach that may limit market agility. Limited medical benefits and no dedicated mental health support.
