There are many pros I can mention.

I cannot find any cons.

Individual contributors support each other despite lack of vision from leadership. Despite confusion from company strategy, the IC's were friendly and flexible to try and best figure things out for themselves.

Despite the brilliant data scientists at DataRobot, the new-guard of Arrogant leadership are there to make money for themselves. It may not really be their fault having taken over from challenging executive stock issues in 2022. But truly, there is no other goal than to get acquired. There is constant hiring, turnover, hiring, and turnover. Do yourself a favor and ask a non-product leader working there what the product actually does for customers. In fact, push them to name 3 customer references. They can't tell you because they have not cared to learn. It is no longer a serious company in today's market.
