Avantages

I wouldnt like to structure my comments as pros or cons. Think about DataRPM as a company running a series of projects per customer. The concept of product or product management never exited. A new technology and lets implement. The CEO was a sales guy with no vision. His only vision was to sell the company , which he did for a paltry 30 million. This price was for a company which claims to provide cognitive predictive analytics , billion dollar market.

Inconvénients

Founders never shared the upside with employees.

Avantages

The two people right above was great, I learned a lot

Inconvénients

-late night calls to India sometimes 10-11 pm at night -Rampant nepotism, getting jobs and moving up is not merit based, but connections of family members or friends of family -blatant lies in sales calls, promoting technology that they do not have -terrible and messy code base that do not follow best practices -lots of bugs on the platform -missed a lot of sales opportunities, since other companies realize they can do the same work themselves. -launches products that is not ready yet. - no diversity -brings in kids of family friends to intern, giving them a leg up in life, but takes away from resources of people who need to do real work.
