Avantages
Honest, hard working people. Lots of small perks like lunch and snacks, quite often. They pay quite well and honestly seem to care about their employees. There is a huge backlog of work, if they could just hire the right folks to get the work done.
Inconvénients
They have serious cash flow problems. Vendors who supply us the parts to build our products are not getting paid, so we get parts late because we can't pay for them. We barely get the equipment out, let alone meet our delivery dates. And while they have more work than they can handle, they could not make payroll last year and had to do a layoff. The result is rushing the team that is left to meet crazy dates, and deliver products that are not the quality that they should be.
