      Avantages

      Nice people and good pay if you know the right people. They offer work for illegal immigrants with low pay through a contracting/staffing company. Knowingly knowing that they are not legal in the US they continue to use massive amounts of helpers in the warehouse.

      Inconvénients

      Stop hiring new techs with no experience and paying them more than legacy techs.

      Lots of opportunity for growth in the office as business sectors evolve

      sometimes the growth results in feelings of disorganization as the company scales. Expected.

      Flexibility, and a hybrid work schedule

      Inconvénients

      They don’t have any written policy on pay periods and pay structure outside of what they put in your offer letter. In fact, upon termination they will find ways to not pay you what they owe you. They have no ethics either and have poached employees from their vendors
