      Avantages

      Ich bin erst seit einer Woche dabei, aber ich habe den Eindruck, das alles sehr durchdacht ist und sich Mühe gegeben wird, Newjoiner zu integrieren. Arbeitsklima ist sehr angenehm.

      Inconvénients

      Bisher keine, kann mir aber vorstellen, dass man sehr stresstresistent sein muss, um mithalten zu können.

      Supportive immediate team with strong collaboration. Clear ownership of accounts and autonomy in day to day work. Good exposure to senior stakeholders and cross functional projects. Solid learning curve in the first 6 to 12 months. Flexible working arrangements.

      Inconvénients

      Highly competitive internal culture that can feel political. Targets frequently change without clear rationale. Limited transparency from senior leadership. Progression pathways are unclear beyond CSM level. Workload can be inconsistent and reactive.
