Avantages
Our product has a ton of potential to disrupt an industry. We have made drastic improvements over the past six months, and are consistently building. Every employee has exposure into almost every area of the business. Everyone has a lot of responsibility and influence over the culture, product, and direction. I came to DataClover anticipating an early-stage startup company where I'd have a great deal of influence and would learn what all goes into scaling a software business. I got just that and so much more. Very excited to see what the future has in store.
Inconvénients
Just like in any startup at our stage, change is constant. There are times when things change TOO quickly or when certain things aren't communicated internally as effectively as they could be. This can be incredibly frustrating. Internal processes have yet to be clearly defined and followed for an extended period of time. Thus, very few are "proven" processes. This can be frustrating to people who like to follow a process right away, however, it is ideal for people who like to create and influence processes.
