      Avantages

      DataClover has been huge for my personal development. You have to wear a lot of hats, and I have been able to learn about how different departments within a business run. Our work environment is laid back, and all employees are allowed to present product ideas and feedback. Every employee is an owner of the company, and management holds us to that standard.

      Inconvénients

      We had to make some pivots over the last 2 years. In 2014, we restructured the business to meet the needs of our SaaS model.

      Could be a pro or con based on your work style... 'Start-up' feel Processes are still evolving in some areas, so be open and adaptable Wearing multiple hats can mean occasional workload spikes

      Avantages

      Nothing bad to say, Patrick and David are some of the most down to earth leaders. Enjoyed my time working with them!

      None for me at least!
