      Avantages

      - Small start up with the opportunity to progress quickly. - Service is something a lot of companies require, solves a major problem - Global & diverse team - Self funded and profitable so good job security for a start up. - Fully remote, flexibility to work from anywhere

      Inconvénients

      Can be a lot of work and is bootstrapped so they don't hire crazy amounts of people. But that's the start up world and what makes it exciting. Relatively lean so it's not paying the same as VC backed companies.
