      Good pay per hour - there are some projects paying 40$ per hour; Numerous projects with well-designed instructions.

      Inconvénients

      No stability - sometimes you can go a month with no projects and without a notice Feedback and support very poor.

      Avantages

      Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.

      Inconvénients

      The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.
