      Avantages

      Huge responsibilities even with the freshers. So u may get a chance to learn things in a short time.

      Inconvénients

      Inefficient management Intolerable HR policies Waste food Employees are treated as slaves... 😢 Zero work life balance No sufficient test benches.. still u have to find a small place to test ur modules. But the worst part is , you will be blamed if the deadlines are not met. Management does not care about employees feelings/request... Unfair compensation for employees with less than 3 years experience.

      Good place to learn. My colleagues are very friendly.

      No work life balance Management are not friendly Poor HR policy Official Work time is 9:30 hours for 6 days a week School like environment
