Avantages
There are many dedicated, capable and highly energized employees who are customer focused and deliver fantastic work product for the customers. Overall the company delivers great customer satisfaction. Customers who work with DMG tend to keep working with DMG.
Inconvénients
In my opinion only: Executive management can be overly ego-driven at times and has a difficulty admitting mistakes. For example - They have hired a, VP for Sales, who does not seem to understand even the basics of sales or business development. As a result, leadership in that area is very weak. Because of the inexperience and apparent lack of effort on the part of that individual, the people around the new VP have to pick up the extra work that an experienced VP could easily accomplish. This weak player has caused a drain on the team, job satisfaction and is a developing area of concern for clients and partners. Partner comments: "the new guy has no clue about Business Development" "it was like a bull in a china shop."
