Avantages
free lunch every once in a while, that"s the only positive thing to be said, first and second shift was allowed to pick threw boxes that would be easier to process there for were able to go faster and make more money saw this personally several times and when i addressed this to management was told not to concern myself with other shifts!
Inconvénients
was at the meeting where we were told on third shift that everything was fine and not to worry about our jobs that there was plenty of work. they had this meeting because there were rumors of third shift being layed off for over a month before.
