      Avantages

      Some genuine good people to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of room for improvement in terms of the operating structure. Outdated ERP system does not help. Work place culture is toxic, at least in some departments. High turnover rate and poor soft skills from specific folks in upper management.

      Avantages

      The overall team is great, lots of friendly people to work with, the cafeteria serves good food for a cheap price as well.

      Inconvénients

      Teams are stretched quite thin leadings to high workloads and short deadlines.
