Data Business Systems kept their Virginia Beach office open during the Coronavirus pandemic, but the two owners did not go into the office at all and worked from home. The company provided no additional sick or vacation time to cover sick employees. The company also did not provide any additional cleaning supplies or implement any measures to keep employees safe. Employees were witnessed speaking to each other in very close proximity. Management handed their employees paperwork constantly by directly putting it into their hands. This employee witnessed not a single co-worker cleaning their hands, or wiping down any surfaces they touched.
