      You could learn to be a politician. Late night work.

      Inconvénients

      Did not disclose late night 2am shifts. Does not pay for night shift. No growth. Company is small , revenue is decreasing. Company trying to shift tech work to India, but it is not happening due to politics in US.

      Lacked innovation, poor business decisions caused declining revenues that forced several head count reduction is US offices.
