Avantages
Decent pay for the area we live in, easy to get a base level job such as packer or machine operators. They will hire almost any mechanic skilled or unskilled. Possible free lunch every quarter of a hot dog or hamburger, and a cold Christmas breakfast. Possible free Rita’s Italian ice one day during summer. Easy to move up in positions if your friends with the right people or if your willing to ignore the issues.
Inconvénients
Poor management, HR does nothing for the employees on site, unfriendly HR, management doesn’t care to look into the issues causing high turnover and poor attitudes. Don’t count on bonus because they are decreasing them every year, and no chance on a full yearly bonus as we will never make schedule with they way they are running the place.
