      The health care benefits are outstanding.

      Inconvénients

      The work load is being continually increased. There is little to no positive feedback. There is a lot paper work being filled out without the work being done. There are continual safety issues that are not addressed in a timely manner.

      Inconvénients

      Micromanaging everything you do redundancy galore rules that make zero sense safety is great but taken to an extreme measure so much so that it wears on your mental health
