      Avantages

      Many of the people in lower level position are great to work with and have a lot of talent. The benefits are amazing and the facilities have really been updated.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of management backstabbing. People are clamoring to overthrow each other and directors and above turn a blind eye. Lots of favoritism.

      Micromanaging everything you do redundancy galore rules that make zero sense safety is great but taken to an extreme measure so much so that it wears on your mental health
