Lovely students, building up rapport with kids across the world. Some great parents too. Another pro was that they used to pay us to write good reviews on glassdoor!
Inconvénients
Too many to list I started off on a good wage, and over the course of a year it was whittled down. The technology was very bad and not to the same standard as competitors like Palfish. Management treated families just as bad as teachers. When I told my families I was leaving after my 4th serious wage cut in a year, they told me they'd love to hire me privately but couldn't because Dada had locked them in to such an expensive contract. They too were sick of it but couldn't leave either. Such a disrespectful company to work for. Better and more competitive pay remote jobs available now.
