Struggling to find a niche in a demanding market place. Worried about the long term viability of the organization but it always does seem to prosper. Effort and ideas are there but execution is challenging. Too many of teh silos or business units seem intent on doing their own thing instead of a unified approach

Vision for future plans can be a bit unclear and unconcise. There needs to be more direction and leadership from management, but all in all employees are treated very well.
