(They provide you with all the tools needed to start working from home i.e. laptop, keyboard, mouse, headphones) - Great week-long training process to build confidence before you land your first client - Follows PH Holidays so you'll never have to feel left out when your family/friends go out on a trip - HMO benefits from Day 1 - Very competitive starting salary - Support is still there even after starting with your client

      Inconvénients

      - Only existing office in the PH is in Manila, which makes it harder for employees in the provinces to go to if/when needed
