      Avantages

      The schedule was respected and shifts were organized properly. Days off were honored as agreed. The company followed legal standards regarding labor practices. Insurance and official employment paperwork (ensima) were provided. Clean and well-maintained work environment.

      Inconvénients

      There was a consistent lack of staff, which increased the workload. Work roles were not fixed, leading to confusion and instability in responsibilities.

      Pay almost on time on what is agreed

      Inconvénients

      Fired in the middle of the season without any explaination or prior talk/complaint - ruined my prospects for the season.
