      Avantages

      Very easy to get a job at DOM360. They let you get started right away and get to work.

      Inconvénients

      One time the guy in charge gave a speech claiming that people in concentration camps later looked back on their time being oppressed and felt like it was good for them to be busy.

      Avantages

      After 18 years of DOM360 it is easy for me to bring an owners perspective. DOM360 is a challenging place to work and it is definitely not for everyone. DOM360 combines two of the hardest industries: automotive and advertising. The reward for this is work experience and repetition. It is not uncommon for a new employee to work through the ranks all the way to account director which provides a very lucrative salary range.

      Inconvénients

      The hours can be long, so can the stress. As the car business changes so do we. Our clients can be very demanding during tough market conditions. Some employees accept this as a challenge, some do not and move on.
