Extremely stressful work environment. Tools constantly break. Corporate constantly under resources the location despite it performing well. Despite the good compensation and benefits, it felt like selling your soul. Despite it being well known that systems and tools would break, artists would get let go for not performing fast enough. It felt like half my job was dealing with tool and system issues instead of doing the actual work.
