      great mid-management, decent hours, some cool co-workers

      underpaid conflicting upper management confused lower management high turn over happily employees people that are clueless

      Avantages

      DMAC loves promoting from within and does frequently, if you put in the work. I have worked for DMAC in various capacities and management loves hearing new ideas for improvement when they are well thought out and don't sound like you are just complaining

      Inconvénients

      The hours can be long but its security so its to be expected

      Schedule and pay were stable for a bit.

      Inconvénients

      Laid off without notice. Funding was also an issue.
