      This is a good company, with a corporate culture that promotes openness and communication. Benefits and paid time off are excellent. Company cafeteria and gym add convenience and improve work/life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Initial employee training needs improvement. There are many silos between departments that need to be broken down to improve processes.

      Work from home and flexible.

      Inconvénients

      Outsourcing jobs. They need to keep jobs here in America it really isn't fair and they need to think of their employees.
