      Avantages

      Disco is at the forefront of new technologies and trends. They paid well, with competitive compensation and benefits. I have plenty of room for career advancement because of the fast-paced environment.

      Inconvénients

      The demanding, fast-paced culture can lead to high stress and burnout. The industry is volatile, and I have to deal with the risks.

      Avantages

      The Forensic Team Director is awesome to work for. He’s always happy to help and always happy to teach. He’s supportive and makes sure we have a great work life balance when possible. Most work is remote and does allow you to stay home and work at your own pace. Travel is pretty much never done.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is a bit low and departments don’t communicate very well between cases.

      High ownership over work product.

      Inconvénients

      Always in a rush to deliver feature work, so tech debt accrues and developer experience is much worse than it could be.
