-NEPOTISM. I've worked with many different companies that were family run, but this one was rediculous. It was near to impossible to move up in ANY WAY, even lateral moves were sometimes equally as hard unless you were related or best buds with one of the originators family members. -Pay was not competative -Benefits were not the worst, but definintely not good. Only silver lining to bad benefits were the company paid 50% of the monthly premiums. -If you are a woman be prepared to be thrown under the bus and passed over at every possible opportunity. -They truly don't value talent or true leadership and don't even try to give feedback or you'll get fired....literally. -The few people who are worth working with and genuinely care about the company and have integrity in their work (the ones who would be amazing leaders and take the company to a whole other level), are dumped on by the company and not valued at all. They have no voice, and are not listened to at all. -They don't care about their clients. They are bottom line about the money. Unfortunately the industry is limited and this company offers more than almost any other's so the clients have little to no choices to switch to, and DHI knows it so they treat them like crap. In addition, they are dishonest in their dealings with clients- not all the time- but enough that it caused me to quit.
