      Exciting programme that when delivered correctly can impact positively on people with disabilities lives.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic culture and poor leadership Bullying prevelant and reports ignored Wellbeing is tokenistic and non existent Trying to grow too quickly, resulting in programme dilution and not being strategic enough about new programmes.

      Avantages

      - brilliant colleagues - salary above the sector - varied work, work from home or go to an office; at your own discretion - trusted by management to do your job

      Inconvénients

      - sometimes little to no planning for away days with the team, meaning if you have children or commitments you don’t have the time to get things sorted - a salesy approach to programmes which isn’t the right language for those we support - programme launches treated as a higher priority than outcomes

      Working from home is a massive perk

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership do not value employees, their skills or their talents. Decisions are very top heavy. Poor maternity, bereavement and other policies. There is a toxic culture and bullying is rife but nobody on leadership cares.
