      Avantages

      Fun, laid back environment (for a call center). Immediate supervisor very cool and offered helpful hints to increase donor giving.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is pretty minimal and there is no room for advancement.

      Avantages

      Flexible work schedule, progressive management, team atmosphere, great clients, fun. DCM puts its employees and first. the goal is to make money while doing good service to non profit organizations across the country.

      Inconvénients

      DCM conducts telephone based fundraising and sales programs which means that most of the real work happens in evening hours. It's the nature of the business, but it can make for long hours.
