      Avantages

      Salary is good if you have right skills. Food is okay.

      Inconvénients

      Very bad work culture. No work life balance. People on management level do favourism. They dont follow any process of release and sprint cycle. There is no diversity in hiring.

      Avantages

      -Pay is great -People on my team were great

      Inconvénients

      -A lot of late night work(India based working ethics) -Everything is developed in India and the US is only there for face of US restricted customers. -Company has no proper goals/roadmaps -Communication is basically non existent(Its mostly done through whats app/in person) and everyone in the US is remote. -If company does bad US employees are first to go. -US employees are thought of last(Had a hackathon and US employees had to work then go into the hackathon leading to a 24+ hour day).
