      Excellent pay and benefits Flexible work hours and location Standing desks for all employees Snacks and drinks provided The direction of the company is clear and well thought out Employees opinions are valued and taken into consideration Owners and managers show they have trust in their employees.

      Inconvénients

      Honestly none so far, maybe the only one I could say is that being a smaller company we don't have a lot of employees so you have a bigger work load.

      Inconvénients

      Management and leadership. Lots of micromanaging and the turnover rate is so high. There’s a new person replacing someone almost every other week
