      Avantages

      Lots of new skills to learn, really friendly environment. Great place to start a career.

      Inconvénients

      Senior Team Members are cliquey and present better and more frequent opportunities to staff over others who are more suited. Promotions are infrequent and are based on how long you've been there rather than how good you actually are.

      Avantages

      The people were hard working, dedicated, and a pleasure to work with. The benefits were fantastic and the paid leave and sick days were excellent and above average for the industry. The opportunities for on the job training far exceeded the industry average, particularly mid-sized-to-large biopharma.

      Inconvénients

      The same challenges faced by all CROs.
