      Avantages

      Fast paces, high energy, high morale work force. Huge growth since inception leading to multiple new opportunities. A truly global company with a global reach with products built to own the living space. I have worked here for 5 years and yes, sometimes its hard, but all jobs need a challenge but in most part it's fun, collaborative and forward thinking.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of M&A and changes as the company grow. We could be better at change management but that said, we get better every day

      Good peers, a cooperative vibe, and coworkers who are willing to share knowledge.

      Inconvénients

      Inconsistent communication from leadership regarding vision and financial direction. Recurring layoffs around the holiday season over the past several years have impacted morale and trust.
