      Some friendly people on the ground

      Inconvénients

      Dreadful company. When I worked there mysteriously 4-5 people left from my department alone in less than 6 months. One individual was owed commission money, this was not paid to him. Another lady was finished and publically humiliated in an open office and forced into tears by another member of staff. Numerous stories have surfaced from ex members of staff and they all paint a very similar story.

      Avantages

      Great people to work with, Sean and Eric are both super understanding people that will work with your unique schedule.

      Inconvénients

      Small company, no upward mobility. Repetitive tasks and data entry can sometimes result in injuries if not conscious of body position.

      The team looked after each other

      Inconvénients

      Senior management didn't acknowledge that different offices would talk to each other. Allowing one team to work on a hybrid model and not allowing another, is not equal.
